ADVERTOUT products represent a blend of long-standing tradition, experience, high quality, and modern design. Our products are developed on the foundations of the production of the SportStar factory, the largest manufacturer of sports equipment and inflatable boats in the territory of the former Yugoslavia. Over four decades of existence, SportStar has been synonymous with the highest standards and quality in inflatable boats.

The foundation of ADVERTOUT’s philosophy lies in dedicated work on creating new and modern models, as well as in perfecting every detail of each inflatable product. Special importance and attention are given to the design of even the smallest details. By combining state-of-the-art materials with handcrafted production and proven technology, the manufacturing of ADVERTOUT promotional products is based on the highest quality standards, serving as a guarantee of durability and reliability. How are Advertout products made?

All ADVERTOUT products are infused with hours of handcrafted work, the latest technologies for working with PVC and rubber materials, high-quality digital printing using top-grade printers, premium raw materials, and—most importantly—a great deal of love and dedication to each individual project. This is the best guarantee of excellent quality and the possibility of long-term use of ADVERTOUT products.

1. Design

After an inquiry from the client, the designers at ADVERTOUT begin designing the product if it is not included in the standard catalog. If the product is part of the standard catalog, a 3D model is delivered to the client, and once the visual representations are defined, production begins very quickly.

If it is a non-standard shape, the design and production departments coordinate to finalize a realistic and technically feasible appearance of the product.

Upon signing the Production and Delivery Agreement, manufacturing begins based on the agreed visual presentation, either directly with the client or with the client’s marketing agency.

2. Print

Production begins with printing the agreed visual designs on large-format printers owned by ADVERTOUT in its own facilities. This represents a significant advantage, as it allows the entire production cycle to be completed in-house.

3. Tailoring

After the materials are printed—most of which are large in size—the cutting process begins under the watchful eye of experienced craftsmen with extensive expertise in working with PVC and rubber materials. All of these tasks are carried out manually using four essential tools: a pencil, a measuring tape, scissors, and hardworking hands!

4. Assembly

After cutting, the product awaits assembly, which is carried out through sewing, welding, and gluing. In this segment of the process, alongside technical equipment, experience is of crucial importance, as most of our products are exposed to both wind and water, and therefore must withstand all weather conditions and possible adverse circumstances.

Once the product is assembled, the installation of high-quality motors with multi-year warranties remains the final step.

5. Testing

After the product is assembled, the most important and most exciting part of the process begins – testing. No product leaves the facility without being thoroughly tested, with any potential defects corrected and improvements made.

After successful testing, photos and videos are taken for the client (if they are unable to attend the testing in person) and for archive purposes. Once testing is completed—an event that, as a rule, all ADVERTOUT employees wish to attend—the product is packed into specially designed bags for each item, all accompanying accessories (such as ropes and pumps) are included, and it is then delivered to the client.
