country assigned dBank Governor.
Each country is forming a legal business entity as a subsidiary of
World dBank Corp. Each company will be majority owned by the in
country constitutes. World dBank Corp takes a minority share
allocation. Although WDBC retains majority voting rights of ALL
SUBSIDARIES
